Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cutumbo (cutumbo.com), operated by LIMON KREMENCHUK LLC (TOV «LIMON KREMENCHUK», Ukraine, company code 37667014). By using Cutumbo you agree to them.
1. The service
Cutumbo edits your talking-head footage automatically — removes pauses and bad takes, adds captions, a cover and sound leveling — and, if you turn it on, publishes the result to your social accounts at the time you choose.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for what is done through it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
3. Your content
You keep all rights to your videos, audio, text and covers. You give us only the limited permission needed to process them to provide the service (for example, to recognize speech in the audio or to publish a video you scheduled). You confirm you have the rights to the content you process and publish, including music and people shown.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content.
- No sexual or intimate content of anyone without their consent, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery, and no content involving minors in a sexual context.
- No attempts to break, overload or bypass the service, its limits or its bot protection.
- When publishing to a social network you also follow that network's rules (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Uploads to YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Free reel and plans
Your first reel is free and complete, with no watermark. Further reels require a paid plan. Prices, limits and what one reel costs are shown before you pay (see Pricing). Payments, taxes, refunds and invoices are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, under its own terms; our 14-day refund policy applies to every purchase.
6. Automated editing and publishing
Cutumbo decides cuts, captions and publishing steps automatically. Review the result before you save or schedule it. Social networks may delay, reject or remove a post under their own rules; we report the result to you but cannot guarantee a network's decision or timing.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Cutumbo running but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Cutumbo and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use Cutumbo after a change means you accept it.
